We operate under the BRE (Buildings Research Establishment) protocol.

We are an approved supplier of EPCs. Our surveyors are fully qualified to produce EPCs that are fully compliant with the BRE protocol.

An EPC tells you how energy efficient your property is NOW and how energy efficient it could be in the future.

Recent Government legislation of 1st December 2008 states that all buildings that are sold or rented from January 2009 within Scotland will require an Energy Performance Certificate.
