Robin Cuthbert

Robin started life in industry after graduating from the University of Abertay Dundee with a second class honours degree in mechanical engineering .

He spent many years in all aspects of the energy business ranging from construction to energy utilisation in domestic commercial and industrial gas latterly working closely with the Energy Savings Trust in the domestic field , addressing the problem of waste reduction and fuel poverty.

Robin is a Chartered Engineer (C Eng) and a member of the Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers.

Merv Penman

Merv has specialised in the safe, efficient and economic use of gas over the past 35 years. He was responsible for developing flue and combustion testing procedures which are now adopted as standard for the gas industry.

Amongst other things, Merv was a winner of the GEM (Gas Energy Management) award for the best use of new technology for the combined Heat and Power unit at Blairgowrie Swimming Pool - this project designed and managed by Merv.
